Refund and Returns Policy

Confirmation and Cancellation Terms

• Management reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the payment will be fully refunded within 15 working days.

• Once payment has been made, order amendments are not permitted.

• Customers may cancel their orders within 24 hours of the order date/time. A cancellation fee of 25% of the order amount will be charged, and the remaining balance will be refunded within 15 working days.

Claim Terms

• Customers must verify that the invoice matches the order details and ensure the parcel is received in good condition at the time of delivery. No returns or claims will be accepted after delivery under any circumstances.

• If any items are found to be missing or damaged at the time of delivery, they will either be replaced within 3-4 days or a proportional refund will be issued within 15 days.

• We reserve the right to dispatch substitute products when the originally ordered items are unavailable due to unavoidable circumstances.
